Puppies Available- "The Seaside Litter"

Sadie whelped (gave birth to) 10 healthy puppies, 2 girls & 8 Boys, on July 24, 2026. These puppies will be ready to go home on Sept. 18 & 19, 2026, once they have reached 8 weeks old. People that have placed deposits can come pick their puppy & take them home at 8 weeks old, starting with the person that gave the first deposit. New photos added every week. The coloring mentioned is what we are seeing now. Adult color cannot be guaranteed. Typically the puppies, especially with darker coloring, get darker as they get older.

We are also taking names for our Next Expected Litter-ready to go home around the start of Spring 2027 (maybe March or April). We are taking a break for Fall 2027 & planning an early Spring litter in 2028.

(Please note- Price is $2,500, including a $500 deposit to hold your spot. We do not ship or transport puppies. With our big family & busy schedules, we are also not able to meet half way. New owners need to pick up their puppy in-person. We offer a military discount, but beyond that the prices are not negotiable.)

Pricing & Payment Details:

Puppies are only available once or twice a year so availability is limited. There is an adoption fee of $2,500. per puppy. This helps us cover vet bills, food, advertising, AKC Registration fees, & some of our time. As soon as you have decided that you would like to adopt one of our sweet puppies, a $500 deposit is due to reserve your puppy (after we have confirmed with you that a puppy is available). The deposit also holds your place in line (first deposit received gets to pick their puppy first...). We accept the deposit & final payment by cash in person, through Venmo, or credit card + a 3% fee (credit card payment links below). Sorry no personal checks, cashiers checks, online codes, or money orders.

Return and Refund Policy

Bringing a Puppy into your life is a really big deal, like having a baby. Please understand what you are getting into emotionally & financially. We hope that all of our puppies will go to families that will love them like a member of the family for their whole life. An average life for them is 10-12 years +.

Part of our contract at time of pickup-Buyer agrees that if they can no longer care for the Puppy, that they will contact us, the Seller, for assistance with placement back into the Seller’s home or into a new home with the seller's help or approval. If you contact the Seller within 4 weeks of the pickup date, the seller will refund $2,000. of the $2,500, with the Buyer losing their deposit for the time & inconvenience of us having to find the puppy a new home. If the Buyer contacts us after that time, it will be considered a full surrender to us with no refund. It is our goal at R&H Legacy Goldens, that none of our puppies ever end up being abandoned or placed into a shelter.

Taking your Puppy Home:

Pickup times will be by appointment only. Please let us know how long of a trip/drive the puppy will have to go home so we know how to get the puppy ready (for instance, we may need to adjust its feeding schedule that morning). A small crate or carrier lined with towels, a soft blanket, or a washable pee pad would be best for a long drive, especially if you are by yourself. (Puppies this age like to eat disposable pee pads.) If flying, please check with your airline to get an approved carrier & find out about any required documents. We will provide a dog travel water bottle that the puppy can drink from as well as other items to help get you started. Your puppy will have a bath, get brushed, & get their nails trimmed before you arrive.
