This litter, The Patriotic Litter, was born on July 02, 2025. They will be ready to go to their forever home, August 27-30, 2025. Puppies are only available once or twice a year so availability is limited. There is an adoption fee of $2,500. per puppy. This helps us cover vet bills, food, & a some of our time. As soon as you know which puppy you would like to adopt, a $500 deposit is due to reserve your puppy (after we have confirmed with you that the puppy is still available). We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, & credit cards. Please note that there is an added 3% fee if paying by credit card through this website (example- the $500 deposit would be $515 & the final payment of $2,000 would be $2,060. Return and Refund Policy

Bringing a Puppy into your life is a really big deal, like having a baby. Please understand what you are getting into emotionally & financially. It is our goal for all of our puppies to go to families that will love them like a member of the family for their whole life.

Part of our contract at time of pickup-Buyer agrees that if they can no longer care for the Puppy, that they will contact the Seller for assistance with placement back into the Seller’s home or into a new home. If you contact the Seller when the puppy is less than 12 weeks old, by September 24, 2025 for the current litter, the seller will refund $2,000. of the $2,500, with the Buyer losing their deposit for the time & inconvenience of us having to find the puppy a new home. If the Buyer contacts us after that time, it will be considered a full surrender to us with no refund. It is our goal at R&H Legacy Goldens, that none of our puppies ever end up being abandoned or placed into a shelter.

Taking your Puppy Home:

Pickup times will be by appointment, on or after August 27th & preferably by August 30th, unless you make other arrangements with us. We will ask you how long of a drive the puppy will have to go to your home so we know how to get the puppy ready (for instance, we may need to adjust its feeding schedule that morning. A small crate or carrier lined with towels or a soft blanket would be best for a long drive, especially if you are by yourself. We will provide a dog travel water bottle that the puppy can drink from as well as a bag of kibble to help them transition to whatever food you give them. Your puppy will have a bath & get their nails trimmed before you arrive.
